The safest place for your system is your own device.

System Map — Client Edition is a simple promise: your map and your history live in one encrypted file on your device, with no account and nothing in the cloud. Your data stays yours, permanently.

It's made with the community, in the community's own words — headmates, systems, the center — never clinical jargon, never pathologizing.

What's inside

Everything your system, in one calm place

A living picture of who's in your system and how you all relate — plus a gentle space for your own history, entirely under your control.

A visual system map

Drag each headmate into place — closer to the center means more connected and present. Color-coded groups, names, and notes bring the whole system into view.

Connections that make sense

Draw the relationships between headmates with four softened types — Close, Protective, Tension, and Wary — so the map reflects how things really feel.

Pictures & drawings

Add a picture or drawing to any headmate's card. So many people draw their parts — this keeps that art right there in the map.

A searchable roster

See everyone at a glance in a sortable, searchable list — names, types, ages, groups and how connected each one feels.

A gentle history timeline

Note the hard things and the good, protective ones alike — with your own categories and a soft impact rating. Deeper detail tucks away in an optional "you can skip all of this" section.

Up to four profiles

Each profile is one person's complete picture — map and history, kept separate. One's included; add up to three more. A personal tool, never a caseload manager.

Made for both sides of the room

Whoever you are, it starts with you

One tool that a person can own completely — and that a therapist can plug straight into their own professional software.

For clients & the plural community

A private space that's truly yours

Reflect at your own pace, with language that fits your experience. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.

  • Warm, non-pathologizing, community-native throughout.
  • Your data lives on your device — no account, no cloud, nothing uploaded.
  • Take your time: add as little or as much as feels okay, and stop anytime.
  • Bring your work to therapy on your own terms, when you're ready.
For therapists & clinicians

Between-session work that flows to you

Clients arrive with a map and history already in hand — and it opens directly in the professional app you already use.

  • Files open natively in System Map, Trauma Ledger, or the combined app — no change to your tools.
  • The client's friendly wording translates cleanly into clinical equivalents.
  • Recommend it as a self-paced, private tool between sessions.
  • Clients stay in control of their data — you receive only what they choose to send.
The therapist bridge

From your map to your therapist's desk

The signature feature: your personal reflection can flow straight into professional care — only when you decide it should.

1

Map it at home

Build your system map and history privately, on your own device, at your own pace.

2

Create a file

Tap "Send to therapist" and pick the app they use. Set a password to protect it.

3

Share it your way

Send the file — usually as an email attachment — and share the password separately.

4

It opens natively

Your therapist opens it right inside their professional app, with your work carried over cleanly.

Why it's different

A local-first promise you can trust

A private-by-design tool where you own your data, permanently.

A note on where things stand: System Map — Client Edition is a working prototype in active development, not yet in app stores. It is a personal, reflective tool — not a clinical or diagnostic product. This page is marketing material for planning purposes; pricing and availability are still being finalized.
