Your inner system,
in your hands.
A warm, private space to map your headmates, how you all connect, and your own history — kept in one encrypted file that never leaves your device. Share it with your therapist only if and when you choose.
No accounts. No servers. Nothing leaves your device.
A map, and a history — both yours
Everything lives in one private file, in two easy views you can move between whenever you like.
Your map
Place each headmate as a circle around a center that's you. Drag them closer or farther to show how connected each one feels, draw the connections between you, and give everyone a name, a color, and a place.
Your history
A gentle timeline for the hard things and the good, protective ones alike. Add as little or as much as feels okay — with a reassuring "you can skip all of this" the whole way through.
See it in your own words
Real screens from the desktop version — your system as you build it, and a calm card view of everyone in it.
Your map in progress — headmates placed by how connected they feel, with each one's card a tap away. Names and photos are illustrative; the pictures are AI-generated, not real people.
The card view — everyone at a glance. The photos are AI-generated, not real people; on this public page a child's picture and the personal notes are also blurred.
Made for how systems really work
Built with the community's own language — headmates, systems, the center — never clinical jargon.
Map your headmates
Circles you drag into place — closer to the center means more connected. Sort them into groups and give each a color.
Connections that fit
Softened, plain-language links between headmates — Close, Protective, Tension, and Wary — so the map matches how it really feels.
Pictures & drawings
Add a picture or drawing to any headmate's card. So many people draw their parts — this keeps that art right there in the map.
Say who each one is
Choose from a wide list of types (each with a plain-language definition), and add age, pronouns, and gentle "clues that this part is present."
Who's present right now
Mark whoever is here today with a soft green ring, so the map can reflect who's fronting in the moment.
Two profiles included
Two separate spaces come with the app — keep one for yourself and one for whatever else you need.
A timeline of what shaped you — hard and good alike
The History view is a gentle place to lay your story out in order: the hard or adverse moments, and the protective, supportive ones right beside them.
- ✓Two sides, one story. Note the hard things and the good, protective ones alike — safe people, steady places, faith, your own strengths — so the picture isn't only the worst days.
- ✓Placed in time. Each moment sits on a timeline by the age it happened, and how long it lasted, so the order of your story is easy to see.
- ✓Categories that fit you. Pick from gentle categories for both kinds of moments — or add your own words.
- ✓As much or as little as you want. A short title is enough; the deeper detail is tucked into an optional “you can skip all of this” section.
- ✓Made to feel safe. Warm, you're-in-control wording the whole way through — take your time, and stop whenever you need to.
Your system stays yours
This is some of the most personal information there is. The app is built so it stays with you, and only you.
On your device
Everything runs locally. No account, no servers, no cloud — nothing is uploaded.
Encrypted & locked
Your file is encrypted and opened only with a password you choose.
Unlock with Face ID
On phones, open with Face ID instead of typing your password each time.
You're in control
Nothing is ever shared automatically. If and when you share, it's your choice.
Map your system. Keep it yours.
